Too bad I have to deal with the office staff to see this great physician. She is the best doctor I've ever had! My experience has been that the office staff don't always answer the phone during the "business hours". I have gotten the announcement that is supposed to be played outside business hours during business hours. My wife has called within minutes of receiving a phone message asking her to call the nurse only to have the phone picked up and immediately hung up. When she immediately called back she got a message that they were out of the office. This was at 2:50pm! I have referred friends to Dr. Chiniwala and heard similar complaints. Either the office staff needs to change their attitude or Dr. Chiniwala needs to replace the staff.
