I am submitting this comment on behalf of the parents who had a very disturbing visit with Dr. Loya. He was very rude and insensitive to my father who has cancer. My parents will no longer be seeing Mr. Loya...as I cannot call him a doctor. Last I heard doctors were supposed to supportive of their patients.
