They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave.
