It is always easy to schedule appointments, and that is a plus. However, they do not want to discuss the reasons behind their decisions and I need to be able to understand why or why not an adjustment in meds or a procedure is recommended. It is not easy to get a call back from a nurse when I have questions. I would not recommend this Dr to anyone.

They briefly listened to me. I'm not always sure that they're going to call me back when i leave a message for the doctor or nurse and sometimes they haven't. I've waited for up to a week before I went ahead and just called them back. I don't feel like I can always count on them. Their office was very comfortable the entire time. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable and the waiting area itself was extremely cramped even for just 3 or 4 ppl. I am a fairly new patient and after just a couple of months am seriously considering getting another primary care physician.
