It's been becoming harder and harder to get in when I needed to be seen, taking longer to get prescriptions filled, and now I stopped expecting getting call backs on questions. I think this is happening because this doctor has got two different practice locations. I've been to both places, but not impressed with the staff at the Arlington, staff at the Irving are worse, they don't speak good English and I have to repeat myself 3~4 times slowly before they understand me. I would like to strongly suggest him to focus on one location, he used to be good.
