I have been going to Dr. Howell for years & LOVE him. He, until my last visit, always took the time to listen & answer my questions. However, over the past several months, he has changed staff AGAIN, lost his nurse practitioner AGAIN, & is the sole provider. My last visit was scheduled months a go with his NP. I arrived at the office for an 0800 appt only to learn an hour past my appt time that I would be seeing him instead. I waited another hour to be seen. No one called to notify me of ,this change, which resulted in my having to t ake all morning off work, instead of just an hour. Plus my BHRT therapy is no longer available. Again, no notice. Dropped like a hot potato! Not happy with this at all. Can't reach the office. Hours not listed on answering machine. Voicemail full, can't leave messages. Have contacted HMO for new provider.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Yes, they were immaculate!

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
