Dr. Thota is a great Doctor, but I CAN NOT say that about her staff. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I know that they have a lot of clients but at the end of the day if its not for patients to go there they wouldn't have a job. They make no effort to help the patients. I don't think they appreciate any loyalty to them. My mother is an amputee that has 4 grandchildren that go there but evertime she has to take one of the kids the staff is always rude.
