This office is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Trying to make an appointment is a nightmare.There seems to be a problem with having enough staff to answer the phone. It really pisses me off after calling 3 times that a recorder says leave a message and we will call you back Thank goodness my situation could wait. Leaving a message for a prescription, well give yourself at least 2 days for a response. My thought on this is that someone is being very cheap on hiring employees or that they can't find them. Please explore other options because maybe you need a doctor, but you will need a shrink after dealing with this office.
