tried 6 times in approximatly 6 months to see the Doctor himself, each time he was a no show or called within 30 minutes of the appointment to cancel. They do not look into your insurance in a timley mannor and attempt to charge even if your insurance is an HRA. Rude office manager that is anything but helpfull. Office staff, can be insulting. Will take you off the list to go in if they haven't gotten everything in order on their part, then let you know after you had sat in the office over 90 minutes.

The PA is good, but she reccomends you see the doctor!
