I just to write a review on his staffs at this location. They are horrible, especially, the Vietnamese lady that has a strong accent--- shes mean,not helpful,inconsiderate and rude; wish i knew her name. Im not sure how she got the job but she should not be in customer service. She needs to go work some where that she would not have to open her mouth.
Im not sure if there was a"patients-cant-talk-to-doctors-on-the-phone" policy, but that was what she had told me. I needed to talk to my doctor about the medication that i was taking and she said i couldnt and that i would have to come in---regardless how many times i had told her about how horrible i felt that day after taking the medication. How would the clinic expect patients to come in for just some questions over the drugs? How could they expect patients to rely on them when they cant talk over the phone with the doctors there? What if patients are out of town? Would they have to leave work to come talk to the doctors? I thought that was ridiculous and i want to let people know about this---they should reconsider about visiting doctors at this location, they are not reliable.
