MY VISIT TO DR. JOSE RODRIGUEZ' WAS THE MOST REWARDING EXPERIENCE AND ALTHOUGH I WENT FOR A VERY SERIOUS ILLNESS CONSULTATION, DR. RODRIGUEZ APPROACH TO SPEAKING TO A PATIENT WAS SO WELL DONE. HE WAS KIND, GENTLE AND EXTREMELY INFORMATIVE LAYING OUT THE PATTERN BY EXPLAINING THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE EXAM WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BEFORE. "NOT ALL OF LIFE'S PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN SOLVED BUT HE MADE A DIFFERENCE IN MY LIFE."

I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They were qualified and knowledgeable, however I felt like a number and not a patient. I did not feel that their interest in me was genuine. I understand that they are a business, but because they were so business oriented I felt my care suffered. They are not flexible nor understanding when it comes to payment.. Not the level of patient care I expected...
