Awful receptionist. She makes you feel like a burden for asking questions, and she doesn't answer them other than with a flat response without any explanation for it to make sense. She has no trace of compassion or people skills. This has happened to me with her three different times in the past week. I don't even want to see the doctor if I have to go through her first.
