Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options and in detail. All my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The teperature in the waiting area and office was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I love Dr. Moreno and her staff!!!!!! The only complaint I have is that they aren't able to make next day appointments and they are closed on Fridays, which is the day I get off early from work, but none the less I will continue to see Dr. Moreno.

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. Dr. Moreno & her staff treated me w/ negligence; more concerned about her money than my health. I left upset, angry & in tears w/ a BP approx. 183/86.
