WORST FACILITY IN TOWN.

I rate this place less than zero. I am not sure why this facility exist which only want to give you hard time instead of better care. Don’t go to this place. These are robbers. Here are experience and hardship that I faced:
1. I went to do my pre-screening exam. My insurance covers all money for pre-screening exam. So, Dr. Carlos did my pre-screening and asked to come back to discuss results. I was prepared to get my results but they said if I want to get my results, I must pay $80 to $100. If I don’t then I would not get my results. This is ridiculous.
2. They send blood work to lab without checking if it is IN-NETWORK or OUT-NETWORK. Later, I received bill from the lab which was OUT-NETWORK.
3. Very rude staff
4. Staff will not give you estimates of money prior. I got surprise bills.
5. No communication properly
6. If you call for billing (Lab bill), No one pick my call, I left voicemail multiple times. No one called me back.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my sched
