Dr Khoa Cao & his associates' place of business happens to be in a very convenient location: Scarsdale for many Vietnamese Americans living in this area.
Apparently Dr Khoa Cao would have more clients than he could handle. This situation is creating sloppiness in Dr Cao's work.
Here is the case for example: I have BPH for many years. I have used almost all medicines concerning my problem w/o result. Two years ago, I saw an ad on TV about new drug: FLOMAX. I mentioned that to Dr Cao. He gave me that prescribed medicine. I faithfully took it for 90 days w/o minimal result. I contacted FLOMAX, complained and requested for refunding my part of co-pay: FLOMAX gladly refunded my $50.00 co-pay. I also mentioned that to Dr Cao Khoa. .. BUT ..the next time Dr Cao Khoa still re-prescribed that worthless medicine again !!
