Spent two hours today waiting on this place to draw my blood. One hour in the waiting room itself and one in the back, the actual drawing of blood took about 2 minutes. Support staff was very nice and sympathetic of my waiting, but that doesn't really help when it's 11 o' clock and my appointment time was set for 9:45. The P.A. that came in was gruff and she left within 3 minutes of talking to me, seemed to be in a hurry and didn't really want to be in the room. This is not the first time I had to spend a hour plus waiting with this provider. Needless to say I will be looking for a new doctor to read me the results of the blood work, I have no desire to have to wait for these people to get their butts in gear - and pay them while they do it!

Their office was close to our house, so we gave it a try. They allow walk-ins, but we had an appointment at 0900. At 0945 I was called back. I asked the PA that was taking weight/height how much longer it would be before I could see the doctor and she explained that there were a bunch of walk-ins in front of me and it would probably be about 30-45 more minutes! I tried explaining that I actually had made an appointment and she rudely told me that the appointment time didn't matter, it was ALWAYS first come first serve... so why have appointments? When I told her I couldn't wait another 30-45 minutes she drew a big X on my chart and wrote "Patient Chose not to be seen".
