My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.

After being a patient for over 15 years, Dr. Kim, new to the practice then, Ignored the fact that I was bleeding heavily rectally with no hemoroids telling me to return only when my pain medication scrip ran out. One had nothing to do with the other. When i objected, he discharged me from the clinic even tho I suffer from several Chronic Conditions requiring care and no other doctors in the area accept my insurance.
