I have been going to this doctor for several years and have been happy with doctor Main until recent. My original appoint was cancelled by doctor Main in April. I really need to see him I have been in a lot of pain for several weeks in my right heel i can hardly walk. I also need to make sure my precriptions stayed current. I could not be seen by doctor Main until May 19th. Wow I have been in severe pain for three weeks and now im told I cant see my doctor for another three weeks. When we called and asked the doctor to just refer me to another doctor a slot all of a sudden became open yesterday at 3:45 PM. i arrived 15 minutes early and was asked to redo my paper work, and provide my insurance card and ID. I asked the receptionist are you serious. I no longer felt like i was a valued customer. I waited untill 4:45 PM and after not being called back i left i had the get to a Volunteer Fire Dept meeting and still had an hour drive. I called and told them i would be in at 8 am and i was not happy about the long wait. i signed in and after an hour later left again. People were being called back that came in after i did and only waiting 15 to 20 minutes.

This was one of the worse expirences of my life. Not only were the staff rude, they had no idea what was going on. They overcharged me, and scheduled me to come on a day that the doctor I needed to see doesn't even work. When asking questions, they blew me off and got mad at me for asking. It was COMPLETLY unorganized and unprofessional. After closing the door I could here them talking badly about other patients. I would never recommend anyone to this practice, if you could even call
