They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
