This doctor was so rude to me! I have never been treated so badly by a doctor before. She belittled me and spoke down to me. She has a horrible bedside manner. I left almost in tears, I was so upset. I would never recommend anyone to see her, especially for anxiety or panic disorders.

Awesome bedside manner. My hand needed stitches, so I went to the ARC after hours care center. Dr. O'Brien took care of the situation with grace, wit, patience, confidence, and wisdom. She took her time and invited continual feedback to ensure I was fully numbed and comfortable with what she would do, before proceeding. I’m a baby when it comes to pain and have had four surgeries, but my discomfort after the lidocaine wore off was minimal, which I attribute to her exacting caution and precise attention to detail. She was also very respectful and easy going, making light and interesting conversation throughout to distract me. Four days later, my wound looks really great and my hand has gone far on the path of healing. Having been here for a year and searching for a PCP, I think I will be transferring my records and entrusting my care to the excellent and reassuring care of Dr. O'Brien.
