I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I appreciated the attention Dr. Kim gave me without making me feel like he was rushing to get to his next appointment. He was taking thorough notes, and asked me to stop and elaborate when I said something that intrigued him. It's the first time I felt like I was being heard! By far one of the best GP's I've found since moving to Texas.
