They missed my lab result for two months. I had to call back to ask for the result and then they realized they missed it. For any serious illness, you probably would be dead before they found out.

They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
