Recommended to Dr. Plan for possible low T. He took the time to discuss this with me and then I had blood drawn. He told me the test would take only a few days and I would be informed of the results. I heard nothing for weeks and I finally called and was told he was out of the country and could not be reached. After about 6 weeks I received the results, which I did not understand and pointed to a different problem. I was prescribed medicine, but there was very little explanation and a definite animosity from the nurse. I need to see someone to explain, but do not want to face this behavior again.

i have been coming here for a year and a half.. one nurse is very pleasent very nice the rest of the staff is rood and impatient.. i have had tests done and sonos and they really havent told me much he says come back in 6 months and well see what happens.. this last time he said he thought i had hashimotos told me he was going to do some blood work and scheduled me another appoiment 6 months out.. with no explanation to this hashimotos at all.... i was like what so he says hell call me with the results.. while they did blood work i did research and found out most of all the problems ive been having are every single symptom of hashisdisease people with hashis are supose to be on a gluten free diet, they should have their T3 and T4 levels checked to see how the liver is converting the hormones..i found out so much information that i was ready for the docotr to call back so we could get started on slowing the disease down.. they called me a wekk later and said my thyroid test come back normal and my antibodies were elevated... and that was all they said..i was at a complete loss.. so i ask what does this mean and the lady repeats the results.. SERIOUSLY!!! im so frustrated.. ive got more information online for free than i have the year and half paying this man.. im now looking for a new endo!!
