My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment.
