I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
