Dr Feingold and medical staff were great. His billing staff was a sham. I asked on the phone prior to my test if insurance was going to take care of everything. I got the yes answer before and after the visit, although I did sign the overriding patient responsibility. Turned out this below average did not call BXBS to verify coverage of the calcium test. I was billed $100 for it. A one minute call to BXBS would have verified non coverage. This office is lazy when it came to checking this out. They verified a check online, but no further. I was advised repeatedly they had called, but BXBS had no record of the phone call. They finally admitted they had only checked online. Repeated calls had been left to Cheryl to call BXBS. She said she only received one. Sure..I talked to Cheryl at roughly 12:45 today, 2/28/14, and she said to have BXBS call her directly. Joyce, from BXBS, called minutes later and someone said Cheryl was on vacation. Another fib, as I just spoke to her at 3:00pm. Not on vacation. I called Tricare South and was told to have Dr Feingold's office call and get a check for the amount. Guess the billing department never sent a note to Tricare. Bottom line: Medically enjoyed the professional work of Dr Feingold. His office is a travesty to integrity and a top notch doctor. I do know I am not the only patient that has had a problem with his billing staff. They were nice on the phone, but did not tell the truth on several instances and my signature of responsibility was supposed to cover a less than complete pre procedural verification.

They were by far one of the best I've seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for years. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I am confident that I'm under the care of a professional. Very impressed with their excellent care. Anyone that needs a cardiologist should definitely use them.
