It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
