They paid close attention to my paraplegic mom, and her special needs and all of our questions were answered. Their staff is one of the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and made the whole wound care and recovery experience less frightening and more positive for my mom than I ever thought possible. Dr. Rao has wonderful bedside manner, is gentle and kind. He and his staff truly show a compassionate heart to each patient and caregiver. I left feeling like they were not only an important part of my mom's healthcare team, but family, sharing in the responsibility for caring for my disabled mom.
