Frances Cross, MD
Dr. Cross has practiced general and vascular surgery in Oak Ridge for the past 22 years. She is Board Certified in General Surgery, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She is a member of the American College of Phlebology. Dr. Cross is truly a pioneer in her field as she was one of the first physicians in East tennessee to use office based endovenous laser ablation and mini-phlebectomy techniques in the management of varicose veins and more advanced venous disease. She currently has more than 10 years with these techniques as well as sclerotherapy and perforator ablation techniques. Dr. Cross utilizes a combination minimally invasive and non-surgical office based techniques tailored to treat each patient's individual venous problem. Dr. Cross offers experienced, high quality surgical cre for breast problems including breast cancer. Cross Care Center is committed to providing compassionate, state of the art surgical care to patients affected by breast cancer i our community. They are also able to treat patients who require certain types of outpatient and in office surgeries.
