I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They were one of the most courteous, respectful surgeons I've ever met, and I've met quite a few. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They were very courteous and polite, I was impressed. They treated everyone as equals and made everyone feel welcome. i love that the surgeon greets you at the door. also asked me to sit with him in his office to talk about my condition before going to exam room. great attitude. tells you what you need to know medically. keeps the discussion human and fun though.
