Arrogant and misdiagnosed.

Dr. Pennington, while I have great respect for you, I'm not happy with the care I have received from your associate, Dr. Sheffey. His response to my questions have received very little, to no explanation, resulting in my being unable to understand what he is trying to convey.

The day of my colon examine, he arrived after 8 a.m., looking somewhat like he had just gotten out of bed and put on his wrinkled scrubs. while I found the staff at the surgery center to be very friendly and professional, he did not present the same professional presence. I've never seen that of you.

While he may be a good doctor, he does not present himself in the manner I would expect from someone in his position to present themselves. He never covers his mouth when he coughs or sneezes, which really concerns me.

I was suppose to receive a call for an appt. for a test he was asking for on Thursday of last week or no later than Monday of this week, I'm still waiting on this to happen. I think you would agree, this is not the manner in which you would want to conduct business.

I regret feeling the need to submit this, but I think you need to know my feelings concerning the care I am receiving.
