They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. Not only was I dissatisfied with my visit, I ended up leaving with more problems than I had when I came. They made my situation even worse. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority.
