I've been trying to see Dr. Fenly (recommended by my shrink) for over 3 weeks now with ZERO success (I need to get depression meds I desperately need and am out of). 1st time they received my medical records they "misplaced" them, no one said anything until I called (week 1) since they've been silent. So, they ordered them again, received them (week 2) again but no communication letting me know. I call them AGAIN to see what the status is and mention AGAIN that I'm out of meds I need help with this ASAP.

I answer their questionnaire and I’m told Dr. Fenly will now need to review my records to determine the next course of action (this is now week 3) and was told to call back today (01/23/23) to find out the results.

I called during lunch today but they close for lunch, I called a few minutes after 5pm hoping someone would help me. Luckily someone did pick up, asked my name and put me back on hold, a few minutes later someone else picked up the phone and said they'd call me tomorrow cause their trying to leave and go home.

For someone with severe depression, it'd be nice if someone there actually cared enough to help…nope, guess not. GO SOMEWHEWRE ELSE where you will get the help you need in a timely fashion, especially if you're a person that starts spinning down that dark rabbit hole such as myself cause you’re out of meds.
