They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
