I haven't actually seen Dr. La Roche but I have seen the nurse practitioner several times. The doctor I was seeing was wonderful but she left the practice. My experience with Women's Health Specialists has not been a good one. The women working the front desk are very condescending and rude. I have never felt welcomed. Since my last visit, they changed locations and I was not informed. I never received a reminder to schedule an appt for this yr and when I called to do so on my own, the receptionist kept interrupting me when I tried to tell her when my last appt was...and very rudely I might add. Now that I need an appt, they are booked until February. Not to mention, my prescription is out and no one will return my calls. I've left three messages and the receptionist keeps suggesting I leave another. I do not recommend Women's Health Specialists...in fact, I'm looking for a new doctor so if anyone has any recommendations, I would really appreciate it!

The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. They treated me with utmost respect and were very kind.
