They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't
I don't know who these other reviews are from but he is totally unprofessional I sat for over an hour in a paper gown listening to him argue with someone about something in his personal life then heard him & his coworker laughing and talking about me and my situation as they went over my file he no longer delivers babies I know one person that sued him for a complicated birth he caused & everyone I know agrees with me the only reason people I know including myself but not anymore go to him is he is con ineptly located period.
