They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. If you chose this provider just hope and pray you get Tatum and not Tsaltas, but it's a coin flip.The front desk people are nice and sometimes acknowledge you. But most of the time they can identify you by name. Do not ever come to your appointment on time because even if you are early you still have to wait well past your appointment time. Than you will see people come in after you and they are the ones who get seen before you. If you have negative blood than just expect a positive HIV test. Than they have no clue if you really have it or not.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
