Dr Chatterjee was my obg gyn during my pregnancy with my son. I was extremely lucky to have a doctor experienced in maternal fetal medicine. I developed serious complications and ultimately gave birth prematurely. Dr. Chatterjee was always available day or night. I could always walk into her office or call and be seen the same day with an unrushed quality visit. She is extremely thorough with her patients care. As a single physician in her own office with minimal staff she faces a lot of push back from insurance companies, hospitals, and peers I am sure. I have recommended her to friends and family and they love her still long after their children are born. It saddens me that patients are so used to quick, callous, sub standard care that they do not recognize true care when they find it. Modern medicine with an old time love for it. God Bless you Dr Chatterjee and all the children you helped us bring into the world alive and healthy.

DO NOT visit this doctor! She overtreats and creates conditions which no other medical professionals agree with just to get your money! She diagnosed me with a condition, but then kept forgettng or saying it was a different condition. I've seen many other doctors in various specialties and NONE agree with her dx. She insisted on a great deal of medical intervention (two different types at various stages of my pregnancy) and then tried to charge my insurance company (which refused to pay) to accept a phone call from the home health comany to get the results each day. The home health company says it's unheard of to call the dr every single day as long as the results are typical, but Dr. Chatterjee demanded a call and $100 for each call. I was forced to pay $20,000 out of pocket and no other doctor even thought the measures were needed. She atually got in an agrument in front of me with another specialist!! I've only heard negative things about ther from OB nurses who have had the unpleasant experience of needing to work with her. Trust me...find another doctor and save yourself a lot of stress!
