They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
