Was referred to this office thru local doctor. However, first appointment as a new patient was 5 months away.Then I had to reschedule first appointment because I live 3 hours away in N Ga Mountains, and my area received 8 inches of snow, so appointment was then rescheduled to 4 more months away. 2 months later I receive message that appointment must be rescheduled 2 more months past the 2nd appointment date because the doctor would be out of the office. So the initial appointment that I made in September of 2013 gets moved to August of 2014. Oh, and I was on a appointment cancellation list, but never received a call. So how does this help me? The staff was not courteous at all. They were unwilling to work with me and were not sympathetic to my issues. I understand that sometimes as a clerk you can only do so much. However, you CAN be nice about it. Would NEVER use this office, even if I had to fly to California from NC for a trip to the doctor!!! Will definitely seek physician in other area if issues arise in future.
