The staff didn't seem to know about medical issues, and wouldn't allow a message to be left for either the doctor or his nurse regarding a medication issue. Without guidance from Griffin, I became very ill. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to the office manager who has no medical background, and is completely rude and unhelpful! It was very frustrating and truly a danger to one's health. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.
I now have a new doctor after being a patient of Griffin's for around 20 years. The office staff has changed entirely since when I started there, and it has not been for the better.
