They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I was told they could only handle one medical issue at a time, so multiple visits would need to be scheduled to address something that was all connected once they stopped being quick to judge.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
