It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I felt the staff was friendly enough. They didn't go above and beyond, but they did their jobs. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.
