Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
