They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
