Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the screaming children, because they had nothing to do. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
We only go to this doctor because we are on medicaid and they are the only doctor that will take a non newborn child. We have been there for 4 months and my son has had a cough that they will not treat, solely because his lungs sounds fine.
We went to an Ear, nose, and throat doc because my son had a persistent ear infection, while there we discovered that my son had silent reflux and it needed to be treated by his pedi. When we went back the pedi refused to treat the reflux and told us that my son's reflux was caused by breastfeeding.
We only chose this doctor because we moved here 5 months ago and had to leave our old doctor, when my son was 4 months old he had a bad reaction to a vaccination. Our old pedi and us decided it would be best to space vax out so that in the event of another reaction we would know which one caused it. This doctor says we must vax all at once or find another doctor, but I can't find another doctor because no one will take us.
I hate this doctor they do not care about their patients, and I do not know if it is becausse he is on Medicaid and they look down upon him because medicaid doesn't pay what the doctor bills, or if they are just crappy doctors.
This was my doctor as a child and I do not remember them being so low class.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
My neice was never given a correct diagnosis. They kept telling her she had the flu and /or depressed. At one point, she was even prescribed zoloft. She was far from depressed. These doctors never once referred her to specialist. She suffered with TTP , a rare blood disorder and by the time she was 17 it had failed her organs and she passed away in 2008. How did they not realize something was terribly wrong?? I reviewed her medical records and she visited about 15 times w/ in 3 years. Yes, We should have went to another facilty but we trusted them and there was more than one doctor who could have stepped in. Dont go here~~ and get a 2nd opinion if you already do.
