I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. Just said yep. your pregnant. see you again in a few weeks. wtf? I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I wasn't overly impressed with them to be honest. They were polite enough, but they never went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and welcome. The doctor gave me the wrong RX & 4 days later I'm still waiting for them to fix the mistake. I feel unimportant. Everytime I call the office it takes 2days to get a response and you can never get a real live person. It's all a recording.
