When I go to Dr. DeGarmo's office I found the office is neat and clean. Check-in process is easy, and reception is professional. There are two waiting rooms, one for check in, and another for waiting for the doctor. The medical assistants in the office are great, and the one nurse handles what is out of the scope of practice for the Medical Assistants. When I left the initial waiting room, I am taken to a second waiting area after my vitals are taken and any labs drawn or collected. The most important part of my visit is that I never feel rushed. Dr. Degarmo never rushes me, no matter how many patients he has waiting or how busy he is. He takes the time too answer all my questions, and always strives to figure out what is going on to cause symptoms.
