They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
