I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
